In the Retiro we enjoy the beauty of the places that surround us, of delicious cuisine with the best products of the garden elaborated by our chef, the comfort of the beautiful rooms, and of the additional services of massages, trekking and natural therapies while we We immerse ourselves in the meditative practice mindfulness complemented with conscious exercises of Ying Yoga.

We invite participants to appreciate the quiet spaces and life mindfulness. Fundamentals of Mindfulness (8 weeks foundation course). Certification of the course.

Methodology

From Friday afternoon (reception from 16 hours) to Monday morning (departure from 10.30 hours).
